Lathamus discolor  

This Swift Parrot was one of a dozen Swift Parrots that have turned up at Gould Adams Park, Kingston in South East Queensland.

Swift Parrots breed in Tasmania in summer and migrate in winter to Victoria and New South Wales. It is quite uncommon for them to be sighted in Queensland and many birders flocked to the park to see these delightful Parrots.
